If you have created an account for the NYC Teacher Online Application already, and you are unable to log back into the system at this time, follow these steps to retrieve your password:
- Click on Not Sure?
- Enter your Last Name and Social Security Number.
- Click Search Account.
- When prompted, enter answers to the security questions that are displayed, then click Submit.
- The next step varies depending on whether your answers to the security questions are accepted.
- If your answers are accepted, you are prompted to enter a new password, confirm the new password, and click "Submit."
- If your answers are not accepted, the following error message will be displayed: "The answer you provided was incorrect." To resolve this issue, you must contact us via our Online Support Center.
