If you have created an account for the NYC Online Teacher Application already and are now unable to log back into the system, follow these steps to retrieve your password:
- Click on Not Sure?
- Enter your Last Name and Social Security Number.
- Click Search Account.
- When prompted, enter answers to the security questions that are displayed, then click Submit.
- The next step varies depending on whether your answers to the security questions are accepted.
- If your answers are accepted, you are prompted to enter a new password, confirm the new password, and click "Submit."
- If your answers are not accepted, the following error message will be displayed: "The answer you provided was incorrect." To resolve this issue, you must contact us via the Online Support Center.
